A year of AWE – Adventure, Wonderfulness, Expression

As many of you know, I like to plan in advance and I had planned for 2019 to be a year of AWE– Adventure, Wonderfulness, and Expression. My plan worked like a charm.

The time away from social media was spent climbing walls. Not figuratively… literally. One of my goals for this year was to be able to do outdoor lead climbing (the scarier type of climbing for me), not just at the climbing gym, where I spend most evenings. I can proudly say, I ticked that goal off.

Next is to work on shitting fewer bullets as I climb and push my own limits and comfort zone. Next weekend, I am off to Oman for the very first time to climb, hike and camp outdoors. That is pretty ADVENTUROUS for my little old bones I do say! ;P

I also have been busy with babysitting duties. My adorable (and totally edible) 4-month-old nephew is teaching me to quit multi-tasking cold turkey. When you’ve got a baby on your hands…you have got to do 1 thing and 1 thing only…love him up! And that is just pure WONDERFULNESS.

At Be You International, it is been all about EXPRESSION. After a difficult yet still ongoing process of revamping some tech issues with my website and whole online arrangement, (I will spare you the details), I started to get much busier. The phone started to ring…a lot.

I’m so freakin’ grateful, especially at a time like this when you hear painful stories of what other business owners around me are going through. My business is thriving, I even have a wonderful assistant again!

My clients are kicking butt and getting shit done after digging to the core of what is been holding them back from living more fully and with more expression of who they really are or want to be.

I have been so busy helping THEM achieve extraordinary results, that I have not had the time to share with YOU how you can get unstuck and make the same kind of incredible shifts in your life if you are up for that challenge.

Every day I have been on the phone, hearing from people who were stuck in a relationship or job that they are slowly dying in. There are more depressed people around you than you do want to believe. With a lack of emotional intelligence, we do the opposite of expressing…we hide, we drink, we binge on food and on Netflix, etc …anything to stop feeling the pain or hurt or dullness …

As a life coach who is passionate about coaching and not as much about ‘running her business’ of coaching, I dropped the ball on being out there reaching out to you through social media or emails or what have you.

No more.

To redeem myself, I have opened up some time for some ultra-committed people who want to say No more too, who want to get on with a life of their own design, powered by passion, without the constant fear of failure or rejection or whatever…
