Are you ready and sure about this? I’m all about putting the power and control ‘over your life’ back into your hands…not your mother’s hands, not your husband’s hands not anybody else’s hands. And with power and control comes responsibility. Are you ready to be responsible for your own transformation?
I am very selective with who I work with one on one. I swear often. I say it as it is. I challenge you to do crazy things between sessions. I rattle your cage until you feel the bursting desire to escape out of your comfort zone. I don’t sugar coat and I might just fire you if I feel you’re wasting my time and your money. One thing is guaranteed though… if you stick with it, you will be transformed in a way that will impact the rest of your life positively. No bull. This is the real deal right here for you.
I especially love working with people who want to create change in their lives and the lives of others in their communities, countries, or the world at large. I love working with young adults who have big dreams that may be lost or forgotten.
Big dreams always start with a small step. What are you waiting for?
Don’t be afraid to tell me about your deepest darkest secrets, dreams, aspirations, plans, fears, sad excuses or worries.
The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Standing on this foundation, the coach’s responsibility is to:
> Discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve
> Encourage client self-discovery
> Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies
> Hold the client responsible and accountable
What all that jibber jabber means is that you come to me with a goal or a challenge and we work together on getting you moving forward. I rattle you out of your comfort zone and you do the hard work. Then we celebrate and you go home a happier more productive person feeling like you are finally powered by passion.
Yes I sure am. And I like to go over and beyond. Here’s a list for you. Growth and learning is a constant and never ending lifestyle for me. So more will be added to this list as we go.
> Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology – This is the science behind what motivates us to learn and grow, and all about our psychosocial development, all grounded in empirical evidence to support and serve you, best I can.
> Professional Certified Coach -PCC- at the International Coaching Federation – You get this designation only after you have about 750 hours of coaching under your belt, I now have well over a 1600 hours. That’s a lot of coaching experience at your disposal.
> Certified Strategic Interventionist (Robbins Madanes Training, US) –This is a beautiful 6 months process that makes me able to coach like the amazing Tony Robbins does. It makes me a Tonyette!
> Certified Co-active life coach -CPCC (US) –This is one of the most rigorous certification programs out there.
> Certified ‘Passion Test’ facilitator (US) –The one and only in UAE.
> Byron Katie’s ‘The Work’ facilitator (US) – This is how I will get you out of your prison of suffering.
> Kids Coaching Connection Coach (Canada) –This was one of my earliest programs to complete.
> Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design and Minor in Fine Arts (Lebanon)- Yes, once upon a time, this was my passion. I always loved making things prettier and better and happier.
> Master’s Diploma in Interior & Product Design (Italy) – This was my excuse to go live in Italy, a dream come true, and to travel all of Europe, which I did minus Scandinavia. But I did work hard at the studying part, and all in Italian no less!
Yes sure you can. Or can you? I compare it to hiring a personal trainer at the gym. There’s no way I can beat myself up as hard as she does. Even if I have to drag myself to the gym, I know I must do it, because I paid for it and because I’m too lazy to do it on my own. Plus, so many people don’t even know what they want out of life. Through coaching you will. Then you will know how to align your life accordingly. You hire me and you will get your butt kicked and get results.
No, not at all! All private and group coaching takes place online.
Of course you can try a 15 minutes session on the house. It helps identify what your expectations and needs are and answer any questions you may have. This is also a good way for both coach and client to decide whether they can work well together. Some people are just not coachable. I don’t want to work with you if you are one of them. Go away. If you don’t have genuine desire to change and to do the work needed for that change to happen, then you don’t need to waste your money hiring any professional.
For coaching to be effective, you have to commit to a minimum of 3 months. Habits take time. New ones you want to acquire or old habits you want to quit will only happen across a span of time. Your self-growth happens between the sessions not during the sessions. You come for coaching only 30-40 minutes a week, then you go back to your life. That’s where all the self-growth is going to happen, not during your sessions. Just imagine in 3 months, you will be powered by passion, intention and purpose to live your happy life.
When I hired my very first coach, I bought a year-long package. I too thought it was friggin’ expensive and that I can’t afford it. Then I had to take a minute to think about how much I value my life. Why would I feel guilty about spending all this money on MYSELF? It’s an investment you will treasure for the rest of your life like I did because this is just the beginning of the life you’ve always imagined.
You also have the option to do group coaching which is more affordable.
